Frequently asked questions
Do all browsers support WebP?
All current versions of the major browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari — support WebP.
Will converting to WebP reduce quality?
Lossy WebP discards some image data to save space. At moderate quality settings the difference is usually hard to see, but compare the result with the original before replacing it.
